CROCKTOBER - Balsamic Roast


Eat more meat, it's the American way.  It's Balsamic Roast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 3-4lb roast - chuck or round
  • 1 cup beef broth - or veggie broth
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic

 

Directions:

Place roast in crock

Combine all ingredients in a bowl - stir and pour over the roast

Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW 6-8 hrs

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and a side of veggies
