My favorite slow cooker recipes posted for your enjoyment!


Believe it or not this recipe came with my Crock-Pot and it’s one of our favorites - the kids actually eat it too!

Crocktober 5

Crock Pot Beefy Broccoli

1 1/2 lbs flank steak - moooo

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 Cup carrots, shredded

1/2 Cup soy sauce

1/4 Cup white wine

1/4 Cup cooking sherry

1 Teaspoon sesame oil

1 Teaspoon honey

1 Teaspoon dried ginger

1 Teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

1/2 Tablespoons peanut butter

3 Tablespoons brown sugar

2 cups of frozen chopped broccoli

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Cut flank steak into strips

Place steak in crock

Mix all other ingredients other than the broccoli and pour over steak in crock

Cook on low for 6 hours.

The last hour of cooking, stir in chopped broccoli.

Sir well to combine the sauce, meat, and broccoli.

Cover; cook one hour longer or until broccoli is tender.

Serve over a bed of white rice.

Enjoy with a Sapporo beer!
