Two different animals collide in this cacophony of flavor - cluck and oink with delight as you plop this meal in your trough.
CROCK-POT CHICKEN COVERED IN PIG PASTA
3 garlic cloves minced - don’t rub your eyes after this
1 package ranch dressing mix - classy right?
1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup - nectar of the GODS!
1 cup Greek yogurt - trying to make this a little healthy
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts - ouch, poor chicken
1/2 c. Real Bacon Bits - personally I use more because…well it’s bacon!
3 cups pasta - nothing witty here
Spray the inside of your crock with some food lube (oil). Put chicken breast in the crock.
Mix cream of chicken soup, yogurt, garlic and ranch dressing mix, bacon bits in a small bowl. Stir it up with your massive forearms.
Pour over chicken. Plop Plop.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours. Have patience. It’s worth it.
When chicken is done cook pasta like normal. Serve with chicken mixture on top of pasta in a fancy little bowl, and pretend you’re at a high-end restaurant.
