CROCK-POT SALSA CHICKEN

Hey! Here’s a super tasty and super easy recipe for busy parents.  Or lazy parents.  Whichever you are.


Crocktober ghosts

Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts

2  15oz cans drained whole kernel corn

1  15oz can black beans, drain and rinse them

1  16oz jar of your favorite chunky salsa (add 2 jars for a more soupy consistency)

Bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine everything in your crock and hit that HIGH button for 6-8 hours.

Serve on a bed of rice, top with cheese and pound a Margarita with it.
