Just a good old fashioned heavy casserole - just like grandma used to make. Slam it down after a long day of sledding and you’ll sleep like a hibernating bear.
CROCK-POT TURKEY CASSEROLE
1 Can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can (10 3/4 oz.) Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 Cup milk
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
4 Cups cooked cut-up vegetables - I used broccoli
2 Cups cubed turkey
4 Cups prepared stuffing
Stir the soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables and turkey in your Crock-Pot
Spoon the stuffing over the turkey mixture.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours
I have to give credit to Campbell's for this great recipe! Love me some Cambell’s cookbooks!
