This is some ding dang good brisket - perfect for sandwiches. Your family will want seconds and thirds of this sweet and tangy treat!
CROCK-POT JUICY BRISKET SANDWICHES
1 (16 oz) jar of picante sauce
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of sliced onion
1 beef brisket - moooooo! 4lbs
Add the moo cow to the crock
Add all the damn ingredients into your crock
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hrs
Remove and shred brisket - then put back in crock to soak up remaining juices. It’s like a meat sponge.
Serve inside warm potato rolls - topped with shredded cabbage.
Damn that's good.
