CROCK POT NOODLE CHICKEN SOUP

A classic soup recipe perfect for the winter months!

CROCK POT NOODLE CHICKEN SOUP

1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 large onion, all chopped up

3 carrots, peeled and sliced

2 stalks celery, sliced

10 fresh green beans chopped in half

4 tsp. fresh thyme

4 tsp. fresh rosemary

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. onion powder

1 bay leaf

salt

pepper

10 cups chicken stock

8 oz. egg noodles

In your crock combine chicken, onion, carrots, celery, green beans, thyme, rosemary, garlic, onion powder and bay leaf - then salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in chicken stock.

Cover and cook on low, 7 hours

Remove chicken and shred

Remove bay leaf.

Dump chicken back into crock and egg noodles.

Recover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
