Check out this fun dessert! It’s just like eating a liquefied pumpkin pie. My kids love this Fall treat - especially when you add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
CROCK-POT PUNKIN' PUDDIN'
1 - 15 oz can of pumpkin
1 - 15 oz can of evaporated milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
3⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs, beaten
2 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla
Find a bowl and mix all the ingredients up in dat baby
Coat yer crock with cooking spray
Dump it into your crock
Cover and cook on low 6 hours
Serve in bowls and add that whipped cream on top it if you wanna kick it up with sugary goodness!
